Steve Keogh is a former senior Scotland Yard detective with 30 years policing experience, including over a decade leading and working in murder investigations.

During that time, he made critical decisions in fast-moving, high-pressure situations, knowing those decisions would later be examined in detail by courts, senior officers, and external scrutiny.

That experience now underpins his work with organisations, where he helps leaders think clearly, act decisively, and make decisions they can stand by when it matters most.

Alongside his speaking and training, Steve continues to work in television as the presenter of Secrets of a Murder Detective, and as a consultant supporting film and documentary productions. He is also the author of two books on murder investigation, including a modern re-examination of the Jack the Ripper case.
